HubSpot CRM: How to Identify Inactive Deals

Rick (00:17):Well, here's another quick way and easy way to do that. So let's dive into the HubSpot CRM, and I'm going to show you that now. So inside the HubSpot CRM, we're in this test pipeline here. You go over to Board Actions and go to Edit Cards. And there's a new feature down here that says, "Mark cards that have gone a designated amount of time with no recorded activity."

Rick (00:46):I'm going to turn this on. I have 10 days in here. So what it did, is it grayed out any cards that haven't had activity in the last 10 days. Now I could change that to five days and see, or I could change that to 30 days and see which deals have not had any activity. So if they haven't had any activity for awhile, it's time to do something different, either get them out of your pipeline 'cause they're just clogging it up and giving you false information, or reconnect and try to move them along. Anyway. I hope this tip has been helpful. Thanks for watching, and have a great day.

Rick (00:00):Hi, so last week I showed you a way to make sure that none of your contacts or leads are falling through the cracks and not getting followed up on. What about deals though? What about deals that are in your pipeline? How do you track the deals that haven't gotten touched in a while, or just not being moved through?
