Rick has an extensive background in financial management and marketing. He has been a member of Vistage since 2000 and enjoys advising other business owners - helping them through the process of growing their companies.

A native New Yorker, Mary transplanted to Silicon Valley to work at Apple after having founded a successful education software division for an independent publishing company.

Jana is also a well-known documentary/commercial photographer and author. She has published two volumes of her photographic work and is currently finishing a non-fiction book.

Tyler Kranz is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He has managed nearly everything creative at OverGo Studio for the past 8 years. Nowadays, Tyler focuses primarily on web development and video production.
