Facebook contests are fantastic for increasing likes, bringing traffic to your site, and bringing awareness to your product or service. I've run some pretty successful Facebook contests and then some that have gotten less than 20 submissions. They're a pretty hit or miss kind of advertising. Let's see if Cody makes it a hit or a miss in this video.
In our third installment of our Inbound Marketing Gone Wrong video we see a Facebook contest idea go south. Cody "I like to elbow you" Goolsby and Rick "Bossman" Kranz are talking about ideas for a contest for a pest control company. Cody is having trouble coming up with an idea and asks Rick for some help. Rick then gives him a good idea and Cody runs with it in the wrong direction.
