Using Tweepi For Your Social Media Marketing Strategy

Recently, we stumbled across Tweepi, a fabulous tool for Twitter. It’s a website that you sign into using your Twitter account. It tells you how many people are following you that you aren’t following in return and vice versa. They say you should always keep your follower number to following number ratio fairly even and this tool can help you do the job easily. It allows you to do all the following or unfollowing straight from this website which keeps it simple and easy.

How To Get More Followers

Another fantastic thing about this website is that it allows you to look at who is following your competitors or fellow industry folks. By seeing who is on Twitter and is interested in people talking about similar things as you, you can find quality followers and then follow them right from this site.

How To Use This In Your Social Media Marketing Strategy

Generally, I  set aside about half an hour a day per campaign that I’m working on. I go on Tweepi and even out my ratio by unfollowing those who aren’t following me, and then I try and find about 30 new people a day to follow. I then go into Hootsuite and respond to those who thanked me for following them or thank the new people who have followed me. I look for some great content to retweet and schedule those out, and respond to any mentions by my followers.

social media marketing strategy tweepiOverGo Studio has been present on social media sites for quite some time. I get what the purpose of Facebook is and how great it is for reaching customers, I get instagram is great for posting pictures, and I get Pinterest is perfect for finding new products to purchase. But for a while now, Twitter has been a bit of a mystery to me. I’ve been running a few campaigns for a couple of our clients and for ourselves but no matter what kinds of things I’ve experimented with, nothing has resulted in a substantial follower increase on Twitter. And without followers, we’ve been without a voice in any Twitter conversation.
