Rick (00:21): So now they become fully searchable. So here is another use case for this. Say I want to find out from my sales team, what customers and prospects are growing. Well, I just click my search bar here, and I'm going to type in the word growing. And now it's listing all the phone calls, I can click see all, where anyone mentioned that they were growing, and I can click right into it, get a context of what they were saying. I could even play it where they said they were growing. So what about, what if you launch a new service around- say we launch a new service around CRM. So I want to find all the prospects that have talked about CRM. Well here.
